1. explore our collection online through extensive photos and videos. if you'd like, set up a free virtual consultation call to see the gowns closer up on video.
2. once you’ve found and reserved your dress, we’ll contact you within 48 hours to schedule a video call, during which we’ll guide you through taking your measurements.
3. your dress is then crafted in our atelier, made to your measurements and designed to fit beautifully from the start. every panel is cut for you alone, hand-finished and quality-checked by our master tailors.
4. you'll receive updates as your dress goes through production, and within 20 weeks, you'll receive your made-to-order gown delivered to your home. no repeated fittings or appointments needed.

• can i try the dresses on in person?
we don't maintain a physical storefront, which means lower prices, faster turnaround, and less waste. instead, we invite you to see our dresses close up in a free virtual video call, in addition to our extensive photo and video galleries.

• what's the return/exchange policy?
your dress is made-to-measure just for you. but if for any reason it doesn’t meet your expectations or you change your mind, you’re welcome to return it under the following conditions:

• complimentary return shipping and a full refund of your second payment: your upfront 25% deposit is nonrefundable, and this goes towards helping us responsibly re-home your dress towards a good cause.
• 7 day window + original condition: your dress must be sent back within 7 days of delivery. it must be unworn, unaltered, in original condition, and have all tags attached.

• how long does it take to receive my dress?
we follow a zero waste model as production starts only after your order is reserved. plan for 20 weeks from order to delivery, though often faster. you will be informed with updates throughout the process so you know where your dress is.

• what sizes do moreL dresses come in?
each dress is made-to-measure, tailored to your exact body measurements for the best possible fit. we currently offer custom sizing for most body types, typically from US women's size 00 to 18. if you fall outside of this range, we’d still love to hear from you. our team will explore what’s possible and work with you one-on-one to accommodate your needs wherever we can. if we're unable to fulfill your order, we'll issue a full refund.

• what if i lose or gain weight?
our dresses are thoughtfully designed with a lace-up corset back that accommodates some natural body fluctuation leading up to your big day. this means approximately 1 inch of flexibility in either direction.

• can dress designs be customized or altered?
most styles allow customizations including color, dress length, train length, sleeve length, accessories, leg slit, and amount of inner tulle. certain customizations will require a small incremental fee. feel free to book a free virtual consultation call or share notes when placing your order.

• where are moreL dresses made?
we partner with top-tier designers and dressmakers in Suzhou, China, a city known for centuries of textile craftsmanship and intricate embroidery. the majority of wedding dresses sold in the US are made in China, and we’re proud to work with ateliers that blend heritage skill with modern design.

• how do i take accurate measurements?
we'll guide you through taking your measurements live over a video call, using a standard soft tape measure and with someone to assist you at home. if you don’t have a soft tape measure, we’ll send one for free before your scheduled measurement session.
