Refund policy

Our goal is for every bride to be totally satisfied on your big day. If this isn't the case, you’re welcome to return it with the following conditions:

• Complimentary return shipping and a full refund of your second payment: As every dress is custom made to a bride's body measurements, the upfront 25% deposit is nonrefundable, and this helps us responsibly re-home your dress towards a good cause.
• 7 day window + original condition: Your dress must be sent back within 7 days of delivery. It must be unworn, unaltered, in original condition, and have all tags attached.
• Fully custom pieces: For fully custom designs, the full payment is collected upfront due to the additional time and craftsmanship required. However, the same 75% refund policy and 7 day window applies if you choose to return the dress.
