Cancellation policy
If you decide to cancel your order:

Upfront deposit is nonrefundable, but no further charges will apply: Your upfront 25% deposit secures your order and is nonrefundable. However, if you cancel prior to shipment, the remaining 75% balance will not be charged.

Fully custom pieces: For fully custom designs, the full payment is collected upfront due to the additional time and craftsmanship required. However, the same cancellation policy applies, and the remaining 75% balance will be refunded if you cancel prior to shipment.
