HOW IT WORKS
1. BOOK A FREE CONSULTATION
Explore our collection online, then book a video call to share your vision and review styles up close. Tell us about the customizations you want — most changes are possible. Fully custom designs are also welcome.
2. RESERVE YOUR DRESS
Once you've chosen your gown, secure your order with a 25% nonrefundable deposit. This initiates production in our atelier, including design adjustments for any customizations you requested.
3. GET MEASURED AND MADE
Within 48 hours of placing your order, our team will schedule a video call to guide you through taking your measurements at home using a tailor’s tape we provide. We take the same measurements as in a boutique, all from the comfort of your own space. You’ll just need someone to assist you.
4. RECEIVE YOUR DRESS
Your dream dress arrives at your front door in under 20 weeks, ready for your big day. Try it on and fall in love. If it's not quite right for you, return it with complimentary return shipping for a 75% refund.

What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every bride to be totally satisfied on your big day. If this isn't the case, you can return your dress for a 75% refund and free return shipping. As every dress is custom made to a bride's body measurements, the upfront 25% deposit is nonrefundable, and this helps us responsibly re-home your dress towards a good cause.
Your dress must be sent back within 7 days of delivery. It must be unworn, unaltered, in original condition, and have all tags attached.
How do I know the dress will fit?
Your dress is made to your measurements. Within 48 hours of placing your order, our team will reach out to schedule a private video consultation. During this call, we’ll guide you step-by-step through taking your measurements at home, using a tailor’s tape we provide.
We take the same measurements you would in a boutique, including bust, band, waist, and bust, all from the comfort of your own home. You’ll just need someone to assist you.
Additionally, our dresses feature a lace-up corset back, allowing for natural flexibility if your body shifts leading up to your wedding. This provides approximately one inch of adjustment in either direction, so your dress continues to feel just right.
What if I need alterations?
In most cases, no further alterations are needed. Each dress is made to your measurements, with built-in flexibility to accommodate natural body changes.
If any adjustments are required, we’ll work with you to find the best solution. Depending on the piece, this may include guidance for working with a local tailor or coordinating alterations directly with our team.
How long does it take?
Each dress is made to order as part of our zero-waste approach. Production begins once your order is confirmed.
Please allow up to 20 weeks from order to delivery, though many pieces arrive sooner. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process, so you always know where your dress is.
Can I make customizations?
Yes! Most styles can be customized, including color, dress length, train length, sleeve length, accessories, leg slit, and the amount of inner tulle.
Some customizations may require an additional fee. Share your preferences with us on a complimentary consultation and we'll guide you through the options.
We also work with fully custom designs. Set up time to share your vision with us and let us help you bring it to life.
Can I request a fully custom design?
Yes! If you have something specific in mind, we’ll work with you to shape it with expert guidance from our designers. The process begins with a consultation, where we’ll refine your vision and walk through what’s possible. Custom pieces typically start at $3,000.
Where are your dresses manufactured?
We partner with top-tier designers and dressmakers in Suzhou, China, a city renowned for centuries of textile craftsmanship and intricate embroidery.
Many of the world’s finest bridal garments are made in China, and we’re proud to work with ateliers that combine heritage skill with a modern approach to design. Every piece is crafted individually with a focus on precision, quality, and fit.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is complimentary on all orders. Return shipping is also included, if you are unsatisfied with your dress.
